Emanoel S. Martins

Emanoel is a visiting scholar from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, where he is a Ph.D. candidate in Genetics and Plant Breeding.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from the University of Grande Dourados and went on to earn his master’s degree from the University of Lavras.
His research focus is quantitative genetics and he’s currently working on QTL Mapping and Genome-Wide associations to uncovering the genetic architecture of soybean resistance to the stink bug complex.
